Dr. Shahid serves as the Program Director for IBA International Entrepreneurship Summer Program and Center for Entrepreneurial Development (CED). He has a vast experience in teaching both nationally and Internationally as he has been a visiting faculty at TU Berlin, Frankfurt School of Business amongst other institutions. Dr. Shahid Qureshi has also won several laurels and accolades on his "Effectuation Model of Entrepreneurship" including the coveted USASBE Award for Excellence. Dr. Shahid teamed with one of the leading entrepreneurs of the region and developed a business school in Central Punjab which was a huge success and contributed in the development and the uplift of the region. He has also written for business journals and is often cited when discussing Entrepreneurship in developing economies.

Dr. Muhammad Kamran Mumtaz did his bachelors from GIKI in 1999 in Mechanical Engineering followed by masters in Industrial Engineering from A&M Texas University in 2003 followed by a PhD in Operations Management from the Lahore University of Management Sciences in 2016. He has been a part of IBA since September 2016. He is equipped with expertise in supply chain management.

Klaus Heine obtained a PhD in The Identity of Luxury Brands. He worked as a researcher at TU Berlin. Mr. Hein is currently based at the campus in Shanghai and specializes in luxury brand management and consumer behavior.

Dr. Ulrike Guelich holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship and a Master in Business Administration. She is currently, a senior researcher and lecturer at School of Entrepreneurship and Management at Bangkok University. She holds a position of a GEM Thailand Team Leader Global Entrepreneurship Monitor where she is looking at the scope of women. She is also working for the “Women Entrepreneurship” program of the EE-Net (Entrepreneurship Education Project) of UNESCO-APEID, Bangkok / Thailand.

Sarfraz Mian

Dr. Mian received his PhD in Business Administration from George Washington University, and his MS in Management Science degree from Northwestern University. Dr. Mian's teaching interests include: strategic management and business policy, entrepreneurship, and the management of technology and innovation. His research covers enterprise development and new entrepreneurial ventures, and strategic decision-making. Dr. Mian is a national team leader and Principal Investigator in the GEM (Global Entrepreneurship Monitor) program.

Dr. Farrah Arif is the Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Suleman Dawood School of Business at the Lahore University of Management Sciences. She obtained a PhD from the University of Cambridge Judge Business School. She is also a certified Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA), UK. In 2012 she was awarded the Brenda M. Derby Memorial Award at the AMA Marketing & Public Policy Conference to recognize the policy implications of her research. She has published research articles and cases in international journals including Journal of Business Research, Journal of Research for Consumers and Asian Case Research Journal. Farrah is actively involved in the executive education. She has designed and delivered executive programs for MNCs and local companies including Telenor Pakistan, Packages Limited, Bulleh Shah Packaging Limited and Coffey International Limited.

Natalia Strobel studied economics (majoring in international economic relations) at TU Berlin and Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China. Since 2013, Natalia Strobel has been doing her doctorate at the Chair of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management. As a research associate, she coordinates the internationalization of the Faculty of Business and Management as well as the establishment of the Dual Degree Master Program & “Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship”.

Dr Najam did his PhD from the University of Loughborough in 2011. His expertise lies in the area of entrepreneurship where he has written 16 papers. His experience, skillset and love for entrepreneurship makes him one of the most suitable people to join us as a member of faculty. He has been teaching at the Institute of Business Administration since October 2015. His services to IBA Aman CED has been indispensable and has helped it achieve new heights of excellence.

Dr. Shoaib is an Assistant Professor at KSBL and has introduced a new course on ‘digital economy’ which include business modules on collaborative consumption, crypto ventures and artificial intelligence. Before joining KSBL, he served as a faculty member at Sejong University, Seoul, South Korea for 2 years. He has extensive teaching, training as well as corporate work experience both in Pakistan and abroad. He holds a MBA degree from Leipzig Graduate School of Management, Germany and a PhD from LUMS, Pakistan. He published a paper in the prestigious journal ‘Organization’, which was later declared as the ‘best paper in business category’ by HEC. He is also an Associate Editor at ‘Business Ethics: A European Review’ which is a leading journal in its area, published by Wiley

Dr. Adnan Zahid graduated with a PhD in Marketing from the CASS Business School, City University, UK, in 2010. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the Suleman Dawood School of Business, LUMS. All His research focuses on exploring consumption through a socio-cultural lens. He is interested in issues of status consumption, acculturation, gender, religion and consumer culture.

He has been Assistant Professor at Iqra University, Karachi, Pakistan and is currently working as a Lecturer at Finders International Study Center, South Australia.
