The IBA International Entrepreneurship Winter School (IEWS)

The IBA International Entrepreneurship Winter School (IEWS) is a 10-day program designed to impart the knowledge of Entrepreneurship from a South Asian perspective, while submerging into the cultural richness of Pakistan through lectures, cultural events and hands-on, recreational activities. IEWS offers a unique opportunity to acquaint students with experiential learning by being taught by experienced National and International faculty. The primary idea behind this program is to create an environment that enables the participants to build their own world through the existing available resources at hand.

During this 10-day period at our Winter School, mentors will help students come up with possible entrepreneurial strategies and decide upon the strategy that goes in line with current market conditions that prevail.

This course is specially designed for:

• Those who are interested in New Venture Creation
• Those who belong to Family Businesses
• Those who are interested in discovering their Entrepreneurial potential
• Those who are interested in Social Entrepreneurship
• Those interested in teaching and research in the area of entrepreneurship

Program Details:

Eligibility: All ages & all academic backgrounds
Duration 10 days; starting from 26th of December to the 4th of January 2019.
Timings: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Venue: IBA Aman Center for Entrepreneurial Development (CED), Main Campus, in Karachi University.

Course Fee for IBA students: PKR 45,000/- only
Course Fee for non-IBA Participants: PKR 55,000/- only

This course will be taught by International, National and IBA Faculty.
